ARE ALL INDIRECT TAXES SUBSUMED IN GST?
Apart from the duties/taxes mentioned below almost all the
indirect taxes prevailing before GST are subsumed in GST.
Apart from the above, Road Tax
and Toll Tax are not subsumed in GST but these two taxes are in the nature of
Fees and not Tax thus they are not included in above list.
